David Katz

Director of International Programs

David Katz grew up in the hardwood forests near Ithaca, New York. He graduated from Binghamton University in '05 with a BA in Geology and minor in Ecology. David was one of the founding members of the Cornell Tree Climbing program. Since then he has instructed courses and trainings for COE amounting to over 150 field days. David has climbed trees in the tropics of Central America and also for Outward Bound and has personally traveled to 5 continents and over 40 countries.
